Works flawlessly for us and our cat, Milo. He hopped in almost right away after assembly. I watched it work during the "added litter" process and its operation is simple and just makes sense. Love it!! This came earlier than expected! My teenage son put it together super quick, he said it was really easy. Our cats used it right away and I enjoy watching it work, we have 4 indoor/outdoor cats and one seems to be enough but we are ordering another one for upstairs since my cats were used to having two litter boxes. The only thing I would recommend is ordering a mat if your cats are like mine and cover their business with the litter once they are done because it does go out but not too messy, other than that we love it! -
I’ve had the automatic litter box since April it’s been 2 months and the smell of the litter is no longer there. My cat loves it and stares at when it cleans. My other cat is too big to get in it but there is no Oder. Awesome product!
